1.1. The following terms and conditions apply to passengers booking with www.romaniatransfers.eu (named ”RomaniaTransfers.eu”). It is hereby stated that the website www.romaniatransfers.eu and online booking services on this page are directly linked to, owned and operated by Travis Rent a Car department of NORD TOUR SRL (LTD), provided that they are for your personal, noncommercial use in accordance with the terms and conditions below. 1.2. By accessing, browsing and using RomaniaTransfers.eu or any of the website’s applications through whatever platform and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below.
1.3. These pages, the content and infrastructure of these pages, and the online transfer reservation service provided on these pages and through the website are owned, operated and provided by RomaniaTransfers.eu.
1.4. The term "transfer" implies the transport of at least one passenger (named ”Client”) from pick-up point to the final destination. If pick-up points or drop-off points are not mentioned on our pages, it is possible to contact us and get a custom made offer. We offer different types of transfer services and vehicles, depending on the number of passengers and other requirements. The prices are created according to the type of vehicle you choose, the distance, date, roadpricing and other factors.
1.5. Transfer service might be opperated directly by Travis Rent a Car fleet and chauffeurs or by a local partner (named "Transfer Service Provider").
2.1. Where two or more people are included on the same booking, or a booking is being made on behalf of a third party, the person purchasing the booking (Client) shall be deemed to be acting as an agent for all members of the party travelling (the Passenger/s), and accepts the RomaniaTransfers.eu ”Terms and Conditions” on behalf of each member of the party.
2.3. RomaniaTransfers.eu will endeavour to honour requests made in the Additional information (special requests) box, but is not obliged to do so
2.4. It is the responsibility of the Client to provide a full and valid drop-off/pick-up address within the destination/departure location selected for the transfer route at the time of booking. If the address provided is incomplete or does not correspond with the selected transfer route, Passengers will be dropped-off or collected at the City Hall of the selected destination/departure location.
2.5. It is the responsibility of the Client to provide a full and valid mobile phone number for the Passenger(s), including the International Dialling Code. It is the responsibility of the Passenger to check for messages left on this contact number during the final 24 hours prior to their return journey. Pick-up times can vary due to weather or high levels of traffic, etc. If it is not possible to supply a mobile contact number, it is the responsibility of the Client to provide a valid contact number. Any notification of changes to pick-up times will be notified by SMS text or by calling the contact number provided. If neither mobile contact number nor location contact can be supplied, it is the responsibility of the Passenger(s) to contact us or the local Transfer Service Provider on the number provided on their Booking Confirmation/Transport Voucher to confirm their pick-up time. Failure to check for messages or to contact us or the Transfer Service Provider if no contact has been supplied may cause you to miss your location pick-up, in which case no refund is available. If you have supplied full and valid contact number and have received no message, your pick-up will be as confirmed on your Booking Confirmation/Transport Vouche.
2.6. You can change your reservation details free of charge using your account on RomaniaTransfers.eu, by email or by phone +40 752 220222 not less than 48 hours prior to the date of outbound travel. All changes are subject to availability and may be subject to an administration charge. RomaniaTransfers.eu will endeavour to honour requests for modifications, but is not obliged to do so.
3.1. Payment can be made at the time of booking or after, but no later than 48 hours before the date of outbound travel. At this time during 48 hours RomaniaTransfers.eu will issue a Payment Receipt. If RomaniaTransfers.eu is able to provide the service a Booking Confirmation email (Transport Voucher) will then be sent to the Client. If RomaniaTransfers.eu is unable to provide the service a cancellation email will be sent to the Client. All payments made for a booking will be refunded in the same currency used for payment, if it is cancelled by RomaniaTransfers.eu. A Payment Receipt is not a valid confirmation of a booking.
3.2. The Booking Confirmation email (Transport Voucher) is the ticket. This must be presented to the Transfer Service Provider or his representative for both the outward and return trip.
4.1. Passengers are limited to two items of luggage per person, one suitcase or similar item and one hand luggage. Customers travelling to ski resorts may also travel with one ski or snowboard bag per person. Any excess baggage must be declared at the time of booking. RomaniaTransfers.eu reserve the right to charge a supplement for excess baggage, or to refuse to transport excess items.
4.2. The make, model and type of vehicle used for RomaniaTransfers.eu transfers may vary from those pictured on the RomaniaTransfers.eu website.
4.3. All RomaniaTransfers.eu vehicles are standard insured for passenger and third party claims, as required under local law. However, whilst every care is always taken, a customer’s property is carried entirely at their own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage. Passengers are advised to check their own travel insurance.
4.4. Passengers are not permitted to carry alcoholic beverages onto RomaniaTransfers.eu vehicles for the purposes of consuming them therein.
4.5. RomaniaTransfers.eu reserves the right (and delegates to Transfer Service Provider’s drivers the right) to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour is consider to pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle and/or other passengers or road users.
4.6. Smoking is not permitted in vehicles.
4.7. If a transfer has been booked and the Passenger(s) is subject to delay, the driver will wait for up to 20 minutes free of charge for city pick-up and up to 45 minutes after flight arrival, for airport pick-ul, after which the Passenger(s) will be deemed to have missed their transfer. In this circumstance no refund is available. Additional waiting time may be arranged by contacting us in advance on the number provided on your Booking Confirmation/Transport Voucher, at a cost of 10 € per hour or part thereof, subject to availability. In the case of delays, it is the responsibility of the Passenger(s) to contact the driver on the number provided on the Booking Confirmation/Transport Voucher; this should be done as soon as the Passenger becomes aware of the delay.
Cancellations must be made by email through your account at RomaniaTransfers.eu and will be confirmed by email. If no confirmation of cancellation has been received, it is the responsibility of the Client to contact RomaniaTransfers.eu on +40 752 220222. Cancellations must be made more than 48 hours in advance of the outbound date of travel. In the event of a cancellation by the Client or Passenger, RomaniaTransfers.eu, at its absolute discretion may refund the cost of the transfer.
The refund of the transfer cost is subject to the following conditions:
RomaniaTransfers.eu maintains the right to cancel bookings at any time if it feels it will be unable to supply the service requested in a correct manner.
6.1. Transfer Service Provider will endeavour to carry the Passenger(s) with the maximum of comfort to their destination at the time shown on their Booking Confirmation/Transport Voucher. Transfer Service Provider will not incur any liability whatsoever if circumstances beyond its control prevent the achievement of this responsibility. The following are examples of circumstances which are not within our control (this list is not exhaustive):
6.2. If a driver is not able to fulfill his functions and drive passenger(s) to a place and at time specified in the Booking Confirmation/Transport Voucher due to emergency circumstances, then a similar vehicle or a vehicle of a higher class will be offered. The difference will be covered if the vehicle is worse than ordered.
Save disclosures required by law in any relevant jurisdiction and the disclosure of your name and e-mail address for completing your booking with the relevant transfer service provider, RomaniaTransfers.eu will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent.
8.1. Nothing can affect the consumers’ statutory rights.
8.2. ALL DISPUTES ARE DEALT WITH THE COURT OF ROMANIA.
